Murakaza neza Rwanda

Hace ya algo menos de una semana que aterrizamos en Kigali.
Adaptarnos de nuevo a la vida africana no ha sido muy difícil, la echábamos de menos.
Después de tantos meses en Occidente, cerca de Ruanda tan solo por palabras; hablando del equipo, de su cultura, de sus habilidades y de sus defectos... necesitábamos acercarnos de nuevo al trabajo de campo.
Llevamos a nuestras espaldas intensas jornadas en busca de una casa en la que establecer el taller central de Mille Collines y de un coche pequeño, de ruedas anchas y mucha marcha a sus espaldas.
Parece que después de una semana empezamos a barajar varias opciones interesantes, esperamos cerrar contratos durante los próximos días.

Ayer por la noche el restaurante italiano por excelencia "Sol e luna" acogió a la gran colonia de españoles que reside en Kigali. A ella se sumaron holandeses, canadienses y franceses que apoyaban con bongos a nuestro equipo. Motivo: final de la Eurocopa contra alemania. Con las caras pintadas; dos rayas rojas de un pintalabios color carmín de Montse y un manchurrón amarillo de pintura para camisetas, españoles y derivados invadíamos con gritos y numerosos "que viiiiva España" las primeras filas de la pantalla desde la que Canal+ emitía. La noche acabó con un multitudinario brindis de todo el restaurante, camareros ruandeses incluídos en la euforia del momento.





It's been almost one week since we landed in Kigali. Adapting again to the african life has not been very difficult, we were missing it. After so many months in Europe, near Rwanda only with words; talking about the team, about their culture, about their skills and their faults ... we needed to approach again the fieldwork. We leave behind intense days in search of a house in which to establish the central workshop of Mille Collines and of a small car, of broad wheels and long kilometres on its back.
It seems that after one week we start shuffling several interesting options, we expect to close contracts during the next days.

Yesterday night the italian restaurant "Sole e Luna" received the great colony of spanish that live in Kigali. Dutches, Canadians and Frenchmen were also added, supporting Spain with bongos. Purpose: Football final match Eurocup Spain against Germany. With identical marked faces; two red stripes of a carmine colour lipstick from Montse and a yellow stain of t-shirt painting, Spanish and added were invading with shouts and numerous " Que viiiiva España!!!" the first rows of the screen from which Channel+ was emitting. The night finished with a multitudinous toast of the whole restaurant, Rwandan waiters included in the euphoria of the moment.
